So how do I figure out what foods are negative carbs?

And how do I get to feel full and not have to gain weight?

Did you know that carbs are what tell your brain that you are full? That's right, and avoiding carbs can make you hungrier and eventually can cause you to cheat on your weight loss goals. But carbs are calories right? So how do I eat them and loose weight? I'm getting to that.

Well the secret lies in complex carbs like whole grains. There are two types of fiber in complex carbs. the first is called insoluble fiber. Insoluble fiber is great because it helps you look immediately thinner by helping you remove waste. But the really interesting fiber is called soluble fiber. I will explain all about soluble fiber next.

Soluble fiber does something amazing. It actually blocks the absorption of calories! It also absorbs water and fluffs up in your stomach giving you a fuller feeling. That means if you could take a soluble fiber source before you ate, you would still feel full and lose weight.  And one of the best products I have seen to accomplish that is called LIGHT.

So lets figure this out. The formula to calculating the calories you will actually be adding to run your body is total carbohydrates minus fiber. So rolled oats have 56g total cabs and 8g dietary fiber, that means you are actually getting 44 usable carbs per serving.
